Oncogenic viruses (EBV, HPV, HHV8, CMV, HBV, MCPV) are reactivated post-transplantation and cause different types of malignancies. Oncogenic viruses, immunosuppressants, and other factors are the main culprits predisposing to malignancy development. The main malignancies are PTLD and skin tumors.
