Features suggestive of post-transplant malignancy include fever, lymphadenopathy, skin, and anorectal lesions. Radiology screening and tissue biopsy are mandatory. Virology screening for relevant viruses is crucial. Management generally entails the reduction of immune suppression to boost the immune system. Switching to mTORi is pivotal in certain conditions. Monoclonal antibodies and cytotoxic therapy with or without surgical therapy.
