Refund Policy for Article Processing Charges (APCs)

Once an author has made the payment for the Article Processing Charges (APCs) and subsequently requests to cancel the publication of the manuscript, the payment will not be refunded. This includes cases where:

• An author voluntarily withdraws their manuscript after payment.
• An author makes an advance payment and later decides not to proceed with full payment or publication.
• The manuscript is retracted due to author-requested withdrawal after editorial or production processing.
